Payment Guidelines:

· Payment will only be made to Members who have signed and              
   returned the
Membership Agreement. (For more information go to our
   "
Membership" page.)
·  Payment will be made for fiber meeting the criteria outlined in the        
   
Membership Agreement and the ABP Fleece Collection Standards.
·  Payment will only be made according to the policies and procedures  
   outlined in Article 4 of the Membership Contract.  
·  Payment will not be made for fiber that is not identified according to    
   Article 2 of the Membership Contract.

Although we had not anticipated beginning this part of our business
plan until the completion of the Inventory Phase, we are at a point
where we feel we can begin payments at a preliminary with the
expectation to increase this rate at a later date.  We do this as part of
the commitment we made to our Contributors at the onset of this
Project:  
This isn't about selling blankets, it's about paying for fiber.

This being said, it is our commitment to have an open-door policy with
our Contributors whereby we will keep you informed as to the changes
and conditions of the Project as much as possible.  If you have any
